The origin of the concept was discovered, in the 1930S, by a medical student named Hugo Selye. In this couple of only 20 years he drew attention to a very particular aspect. It is very common for employers who live in a constant pressure of work and work until the wee hours of the night, try to ease that fatigue state taking several doses of caffeine per day. However, that is not healthy. It is preferable eating several liters of water, and even natural juices, in replacement of coffee.
